Do buyers pay anything?

No. Healthcare facilities and professionals use Medica for free: search, quote requests, comparison and messaging. The plans on this page are for suppliers.

Do I receive requests on the free plan?

Yes. Every plan receives the requests matching its business categories and wilayas and can answer them by message and quote. The requester may also choose to share their contact details with you.

What is a "contact unlock"?

You first see the need without the requester's contact details. Unlocking a request gives you their name, phone and e-mail. The number of unlocks per month depends on your plan; an unlocked request stays unlocked. Unused unlocks do not carry over to the next month.

What are "business categories" for?

They are the equipment categories you sell (ultrasound, autoclaves…). They decide which requests you receive. Your plan sets how many you can choose; you can remove some at any time.

Are prices excluding VAT?

Yes. Prices are shown excluding VAT; 19% VAT is added on the invoice.

You pay 10 months instead of 12: two months are free. A yearly payment also saves you renewing every month.

By CIB or Edahabia card online once online payment opens, or by bank transfer, CCP or BaridiMob with the proof attached; our team validates the payment. An invoice is issued for each payment.

Yes, at any time. A higher plan applies once paid, deducting what remains of the current period. A lower plan applies at the end of the period already paid: you lose nothing you paid for.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Your company returns to the free plan. No data is deleted or locked: only new creations beyond the free plan's limits are blocked.

What is the launch period?

While the platform launches, every supplier sees requests in full, whatever its plan. The end date is announced on this page and recalled a month before.

Does paying improve my ranking?

Not for relevance or the "Verified" badge. Pro and Business plans give priority when requests are sent, and sponsored products are always labelled. The full formula is published in the listing and ranking rules.

Who issues the invoice?

SARL HERFA MIROTECH, the Algerian company that publishes Medica Algérie, with its tax identifiers (RC, NIF, NIS).
