Terms of use
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms of use apply to anyone who visits or uses Medica Algérie (medica-algerie.com). By creating an account or sending a quote request, you accept them.
1. The service
Medica Algérie, published by SARL HERFA MIROTECH, is a platform connecting healthcare professionals (clinics, hospitals, laboratories, practices…) with medical equipment suppliers in Algeria. It lets you discover products and suppliers, send quote requests and exchange with suppliers.
Medica Algérie is neither seller nor buyer: sale, delivery, installation or maintenance contracts are made directly between the buyer and the supplier, under their sole responsibility.
2. Account
- The service is for adults acting in a professional capacity.
- You provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your e-mail address is confirmed with a code.
- You keep your credentials confidential; any action from your account is deemed yours. Tell us at once of any fraudulent use.
- A company may have several members with distinct roles; its administrator manages access.
3. Quote requests
- Sending a request is free. It is confirmed with a code sent to your e-mail address.
- Medica's team may review a request before it is sent (clarity, consistency, no abuse) and refuse it, explaining why.
- A general request is sent in waves to suppliers matching your need and your wilaya, within the limit Medica sets. A request addressed to one supplier is first reserved to it; you may open it to others.
- Suppliers see your need without your contact details. These reach them only under their subscription's rules, or if you choose to share them with one of them.
- Medica guarantees neither the number of answers, nor their timing, nor the price or quality of the offers received.
4. Rules of conduct
In particular, you may not:
- publish false or misleading information, or products whose sale is illegal or unauthorised in Algeria;
- send fictitious requests, unsolicited advertising or spam;
- use contact details obtained on Medica for any purpose other than the request concerned;
- bypass the platform to escape its rules (for instance by putting contact details in texts to avoid the matching);
- scrape the site, undermine its security or disrupt its operation;
- infringe others' rights (trademarks, images, personal data).
5. Moderation and sanctions
Any user can report content or behaviour by writing to [email protected]. After review, Medica may edit or hide content, warn, suspend or delete an account, in proportion to the breach. A message that seems to contain contact details may be flagged to the team without being blocked.
6. Content
You keep ownership of the content you publish and warrant you hold the rights to it. You allow Medica to display it on the platform for the service. Medica Algérie's own elements (brand, logo, design, texts, database) are protected and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Availability and liability
Medica strives to keep the service available and safe, without guaranteeing it will never be interrupted (maintenance, incidents). Medica is not liable for exchanges, contracts, products or services between buyers and suppliers, nor for information published by users, but acts promptly when unlawful content is reported. The "Verified" badge attests the checks described on the "Verification" page, not the quality of a product or a price.
8. Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
9. Ending use
You can ask for your account's deletion at any time ([email protected]). An account without a company unused for 12 months may be deleted after an e-mail warning.
10. Changes, governing law
Medica may change these terms; the version in force is dated at the top of the page and significant changes are announced. These terms are governed by Algerian law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the competent courts of Algiers.
