Supplier terms

1. Your page and catalogue

• You describe your company, establishments, wilayas served, brands and products accurately and keep them up to date.
• You only offer products you are authorised to sell in Algeria, with the required registrations and authorisations. A brand can be declared "official distributor" only with proof.
• Product pages are shared: Medica may correct or merge a page, refuse a proposal or hide a misleading offer.
• Your company's phone, WhatsApp and e-mail are not published: buyers reach you through a quote request, which makes every contact traceable. Depending on your plan, a button may reveal your phone number to signed-in visitors; each click is counted in your statistics.

2. Pages created by Medica

Medica may create a company's page from public information or information the company provided, without personal contact details. The company can take it over (personal invitation or claim) by becoming its administrator, and ask for corrections or removal at any time. A listing agreement states what it authorises (page, visuals, requests, newsletters).

3. Verification

The "Verified" badge is granted after checking legal existence (RC, NIF, NIS), contact details and declared activity, on documents. It may be withdrawn if the information becomes inaccurate. It is never sold nor tied to a paid placement.

4. Requests received (leads)

• Requests reach you under Medica's distribution rules: match with your catalogue and categories, area served, verification, responsiveness, plan, in waves and within a cap of suppliers per request. No volume is guaranteed.
• You first see the need without the requester's contact details; access to them depends on your plan, or on the requester choosing to share them.
• You answer within a reasonable time, even to decline. Your response rate and delay over 90 days are measured and affect your ranking; they may appear on your page.
• Your quotes are genuine (prices, timing, warranties, included services). Medica does not set your prices.

5. Use of requesters' contact details

A requester's contact details may only be used to handle their request. Reselling or passing them on, adding them to a prospecting list or sending them advertising without consent is forbidden. You protect them under law 18-07 and are responsible for your use of them. Any breach may lead to the account's suspension.

6. Subscriptions

• Every plan, the free one included, receives the requests of its categories and wilayas and can answer them. Paid plans (Essential, Pro, Business) add access to requesters' contact details, more categories and products, the team, sending priority and support. Details and prices are on the Pricing page.
• Prices are in Algerian dinars, excluding VAT (19% VAT on top). The yearly price equals 10 months (2 months free). Payment is online (CIB or Edahabia card) or by transfer, CCP or BaridiMob with a proof validated by Medica. An invoice from SARL HERFA MIROTECH is issued for each payment.
• A subscription runs for the period paid. At its end, the company returns to the free plan: no data is deleted or locked over a limit; only new creations beyond the limit are blocked.
• A launch period may open full access to requests to everyone; it is announced with its end date.

7. Sponsored placement

Paid placement is always labelled "Sponsored". It may improve your position among relevant results, within a published cap, but never replaces relevance: a product unrelated to the search does not appear because it is sponsored.

8. Suspension and end

Medica may suspend a supplier profile for a serious breach (forbidden products, misleading information, misuse of contact details, repeated circumvention). You can turn off your supplier profile or ask for your company's deletion at any time; invoices are kept 10 years.
